似膏体料浆管输中浆击分析与计算研究

Numerical Simulation Study on Paste-like Slurry Pipeline of Slurry Water-hammer

摘要: 为了缓解管输过程中浆击对管路产生的破坏作用,分别采用了FLUENT模拟和流体力学理论计算两种方式,研究了似膏体料浆在管输中的直接浆击现象,两种方式比较结果表明,理论计算有局限性,且只能静态的表达;FLUENT模拟能直观、动态地表达浆击的压强、速度变化过程;二者压力波速度场符合较好,压强场有一定差距。研究结果对后续提出缓解管道浆击影响和破坏的措施有较强的指导意义。

Abstract: Slurry water-hammer is a kind of unstable flow in the process of the pipeline,which will generate larger additional pressure, and has greatly effect of damage to the pipeline. The simulation by FLUENT software can dynamically and intuitively to express the slurry-water hammer pressure and the speed change process;Theoretical calculation has limitations, and can only make a static expression. According to the comparison of the two, the pressure wave velocity can better meet the situation, the pressure field has some gap to a certain extent. Studying on the slurry water-hammer has greatly significance to the pipeline transportation, and has strong reference value to put forward to alleviate the pulp strike and destruction in the future.
